Return Policy for Khalee Rock Store

In case you would like to return our products, here is our policy on returns:

 1.Eligibility for Return:

Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.

  2. Non-Eligible Products:

Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. Products sold under “Sale” and other promotional offers are strictly not eligible for returns. Any customized product is also not eligible for return. Any product shipped internationally is non-returnable.

  3.Product Variations:

As our Disclaimer mentions, there may be slight variations in the colors of fabrics, dyes, prints, embroideries, and weaving of the actual product compared to the image you see on your monitor. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing, and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and capabilities of computer monitors.

   4.Damaged Merchandise:

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you must email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, any claims made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

    5.Return Authorization:
For authorization of return of your product, please email us at khaleerock@gmail.com mentioning the following:
a) Order Number
b) Your Name
c) Email ID
d) Product being returned
e) Reason for Return

  6.Approval:
Our customer care team must receive and approve your return request.

   7.Return Requests:
Return requests placed over WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or phone calls will not be accepted.

      Upon authorization of your return request, please follow the steps below:
      a) Neatly pack the item you intend to return along with the original packing material.
      b) If Return Pickup Facility is available at your location, our courier will come to collect the product at a stipulated time.
      c) If Return Pickup Facility is not available at your location, please send the product through a reputed courier to the following address: Khalee Rock Store
      Noor Nagar, Ranipur, Bajardiha, Near Banaras Railway Station,
      Varanasi-221109 (UP), India. Share the snapshot of the courier receipt with us over email

   3. Upon completion of the above steps, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You can choose to get a refund in the form of store credit or through the original mode of payment.

   If you opt for store credit, any product can be purchased from our website in exchange using the store credit worth the amount of your previous order.

   Refund of the amount of prepaid orders would take around 4 to 10 days to reflect back in your account once initiated by us.

   If the product being returned has no defects, forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted before issuing any refund.
